SPROCKET

 

A full range of sprockets and sprocket segments are available from stock to fit all makes and models of excavators, including mini excavators, dozers, crushers, screeners and other tracked machinery.
Sprockets are made from quality cast steel with the external tooth profiles deep induction hardened for maximum durability.Sprocket segments are forged and thoroughly hardened for extended wear life.

IDLER

 

Our wide range of Front and Rear Idler assemblies includes both cast and fabricated applications. Our Idlers are utilizing special high strength steels and quality seal groups that provide excellent lubricating oil retention.

ROLLER

 

We maintain a large inventory of high performance rollers to supply the industry with an extensive range of track rollers for various machines including dozers, excavators, track loaders, mini-excavators and other popular crawler equipment.

TRACK CHAIN

 

Track chains and track groups are available to fit all makes and models of Excavators and Dozers including, CAT, Case, Daewoo, Doosan, JCB, Kobelco, Komatsu, Hitachi, Hyundai, Liebherr, New Holland, Volvo and more.
Excavator chains are grease filled and sealed for extended wear life. Polyurethane seals prevent abrasive materials from entering the internal pin & bush therefore reducing wear. Included in stock is a full range of low ground pressure (LGP) track groups for most excavators from 5 -25 tonnes.
For dozer and other demanding applications, Odins Industry stock a range of sealed and lubricated track (SALT) chains with oil filled lubricant which reduces internal friction and extends wear life.

SPRING

 

Recently added to the Odins Industry range of products is a comprehensive range of Track Adjuster Assemblies for many of the popular excavator models on the market including CAT, Case, Daewoo, Doosan, JCB, Komatsu, Hitachi and Hyundai.
Maintaining proper track tension is critical for receiving satisfactory track life and track adjusters are designed to absorb shock, provide proper track tension, hence protecting idlers and track systems. Weak or broken recoil springs and poorly functioning adjusters may shorten track and idler life.
All Odins Industry Track Adjuster assemblies are designed and manufactured to rigid quality standards and are inspected to ensure proper fitment and performance.
